... I'm glad that in this interview, Joss Whedon says that he and the team "really understand Dollhouse now. We understand what works, and what didn't work so well." I do wish he'd figured it all out from the beginning, as it would have saved him the situation he's in now. Off to a very shaky start last season, Dollhouse barely eked out a renewal. ...

And personally, I think it looks like the Buffy The Vampire Slayer project is on its own. They might as well shelve the project now and move on with something else until they come to their senses.

Looks like the proposed “Buffy” reboot will happen without Joss Whedon.
Whedon told Entertainment Weekly that when the news broke about a reboot to the 1992 feature film that producers reached out to him.
” I think that’s something better left untouched by me. So, I wish them luck,” Whedon responded.
So it looks like we’ll get new “Buffy” with no Whedon.
And they’ve officially lost my interest….. ...
